Kizigo West & Kizigo Central

Kizigo West and Kizigo Central account for a total of 270,000 hectares. These are some of the most famous hunting areas in Tanzania and are especially known for their exceptional trophy quality. This remote and wild ecosystem consists of more than three million hectares and is naturally protected between two large game reserves: the Rungwa and the Muhesi.

A dense forest of miombo woodland interspersed through open plains characterize Kizigo West and Kizigo Central. This area also has rocky outcrops, scattered water holes, springs, and riverine valleys.
The wildlife found in this area include lion, leopard, buffalo, sable, roan, eland, greater kudu, and Liechtenstein hartebeest. There is also a significant presence of the very precious lesser kudu.

SCHEDULE

DAY 1
International flight arrival in Kilimanjaro airport.
Meet and greet followed by a transfer to the hotel.

DAY 2
Morning flight with a private charter plane to Kizigo.

DAYS 3-13
10 full days all inclusive.

DAY 14
Morning flight with a private charter from Kizigo to Arusha or Dar es Salaam; meet and greet.
International flight departure in the evening.
